Sweet, silky curd made with whole oranges and butter.

Made the slow way, in a copper pan over the lowest heat, with whole oranges, free-range eggs and cold butter whisked in cube by cube. Sweeter and rounder than its lemon cousin, with a glossy, marmalade-bright set. Perfect for spreading on toast, swirled through yogurt, or spooned into a simple tart.
